SignFlow ("we", "us", "our") is an online PDF signature service operated by an individual trader based in Belgium. SignFlow allows users to digitally sign PDF documents, request signatures from others, and download signed documents.
By using SignFlow at labsbylemonapple.com/pdfsign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SignFlow offers the following plans:

All prices include applicable VAT where required by Belgian/EU law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Auto-renewal subscriptions will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer protection law (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, contact us within 14 days via our contact form with the subject line "Withdrawal Request" and include:
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
If you expressly requested to start using the service immediately upon purchase and have used the service during the withdrawal period, we may charge a proportional amount for the portion of the service already provided:

Usage is measured by the number of signed documents downloaded during the withdrawal period, as tracked in our system.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase:
Pro-rata refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date via our contact form.
The Lifetime plan is refundable within the 14-day withdrawal period only. After 14 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable, as it grants permanent access to the service.
We may issue refunds outside of these policies at our discretion in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances. Contact us to discuss your situation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation and the end of your billing period, your account will revert to the Free plan (3 downloads/month). Your account data and history are retained.
In accordance with EU regulations, auto-renewal subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We will send you a reminder email 7 days before your annual renewal date.
SignFlow tracks usage data to enforce plan limits and calculate pro-rata refunds fairly. The following data is recorded:
This data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) and is used exclusively for service operation, refund calculation, and audit trail purposes. It is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Free plan users are limited to 3 downloads per calendar month. This limit resets on the 1st of each month. Paid plans have no download limits.
SignFlow complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and Belgian data protection law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us at our contact form to exercise these rights.
SignFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator and are protected by international copyright law. You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and sign. We do not claim any rights over your documents.
SignFlow provides electronic signature tools for convenience. While signed documents include a SHA-256 audit trail and timestamp for integrity verification, we do not guarantee the legal validity of signatures in all jurisdictions or for all document types.
To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, SignFlow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law and the applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including:
For users outside the EU, including the United States and South Korea, the above EU/Belgian standards apply as the baseline. US users are additionally protected by the E-SIGN Act and UETA. Korean users are protected by applicable Korean consumer protection law.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent Belgian courts or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
